duck shop is a platform that connects individual sellers with buyers. We do not sell items ourselves, hold inventory, or take a cut of any sale.
Every listing is posted by a real person. Every transaction is a direct agreement between that seller and you, the buyer.
We are not a party to any transaction. We do not process payments, arrange delivery, or guarantee the condition of any item listed.
Think of us like a public noticeboard — we give people a place to post and find things, but what happens between them is up to them.
Things you cannot sell here
The following items are strictly prohibited. Listings that contain any of these will be removed and the account may be banned.
Weapons & dangerous items — firearms, ammunition, knives over the legal limit, tasers, stun guns, tear gas, explosives, and pyrotechnics
Drugs & controlled substances — illegal drugs, prescription medicines sold without proper authorisation, and drug paraphernalia
Counterfeit & pirated goods — fake branded products, replica designer items, pirated software, movies, or music
Stolen goods — items you do not legally own or have no right to sell
Explicit & adult content — pornographic material, sexual services, or any content that is illegal to distribute
Live animals — pets, livestock, wildlife, and especially any species protected under Thai or international law
Hazardous materials — toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, asbestos, biohazards, and industrial waste
Personal data & credentials — account logins, stolen identity documents, credit card numbers, and any private data that is not yours
Human remains & body parts — no exceptions
If you see a listing that violates this policy, please report it immediately. We take these reports seriously and act fast.
Sellers are responsible for their listings
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of everything in your listing — photos, descriptions, condition, price, and specs.
Only list items you own and have the right to sell. Counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods are not allowed.
Once a buyer expresses interest or a deal is reserved, it is your responsibility to follow through or communicate clearly if circumstances change.
Buyers deal at their own discretion
Review listings carefully before expressing interest. Ask the seller questions via chat if anything is unclear.
Payment, delivery method, and handover terms are negotiated directly between you and the seller. duck shop has no role in this.
We strongly recommend meeting in a safe, public place for in-person handovers.
duck shop cannot mediate disputes or issue refunds. If something goes wrong, your recourse is with the other party directly.
Seller identity verification
To sell on duck shop, you must complete seller verification — uploading a valid government-issued ID and registering a bank account.
The name on your ID card must exactly match the bank account holder name you provide. Submissions where these names do not match will be rejected.
Verification is reviewed manually by the duck shop team, typically within 24 hours. You will be notified of the outcome.
Unverified users may still browse and buy, but will see a reminder to verify before creating listings.
This policy exists to protect buyers from fraud and to hold sellers accountable. We take scam prevention seriously.
Credits
Credits are a platform utility — they let you post listings on duck shop. They are not money, not a financial instrument, and cannot be cashed out.
Every new account receives 10 free credits as a welcome bonus.
Posting a listing costs 1 credit. Credits are deducted when a listing is published, not when it sells.
Additional credits can be topped up. Top-up details and pricing are shown on the Credits page.
Credits are non-refundable and tied to your account. They expire only if your account is closed.
How credit transactions work
Welcome bonus — 10 credits added automatically when you create an account.
Top-up — credits added when you purchase a top-up package.
Post created — 1 credit deducted each time you publish a new listing.
Your full credit history is available on the Credits page in your profile.
